Visit Website PSBA Partners In 1982, PSDLAF (The Fund) was created specifically to assist Local Governments (Local Education Agencies and Municipal Entities) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to help manage their investment needs. The Fund provides Local Governments multiple investment programs, in accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Act and Section 521 of the Pennsylvania Public School Code of 1949, as amended (the “School Code”). Additionally, PSDLAF has maintained Standard and Poor’s (S&P) highest credit rating of AAAm since the foundation of the Fund. CM Regent Insurance Company began in 1971 by providing protection coverage to Pennsylvania schools through the Pennsylvania School Boards Association. PEPPM is another cooperative purchasing program operated by the Central Susquehanna IU 16 that offers more than 300 different manufacturer lines of technology products. Managed print service contracts also are available. Keystone Purchasing Network is a national cooperative purchasing program offering premier products and excellent services at competitive pricing. All KPN bids are awarded through the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit, saving its members the time and expense of soliciting bids. We offer contracts for a complete turnkey athletic stadium with FieldTurf, Musco Lighting, GT Grandstands, and Daktronics. Tremco is available for all your roofing and building envelope needs. KPN's newest contracts are Husqvarna and Bobcat for lawn care, vehicles, site furnishings, and school security systems and equipment with Konica Minolta. Our contracts also include furniture, school supplies, LED Lighting, custodial equipment, and our indefinite quantity construction contract with Gordian, along with many others.
